1. Overview

Due to the nature of our products (consumable food items), all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address issues on a case-by-case basis.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Perishable or consumable goods

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review and may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

4. Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Resolution (replacement or refund) will be determined based on the outcome of the investigation.


5. Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
